ACCOMMODATIONS

Delegates and guests are responsible to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Hotel, 1128 W. Hastings St., Vancouver, B.C., V6E 4R5 by email at pinnacle.reservations@marriott.com or by fax at 604-639-4035. The group rate code is “Canadian conference.”

The deadline for hotel reservations is May 20, 2014.

Room Rates: $129 per night plus taxes (double or single occupancy).  Please note hotel bookings after May 20, 2014 could exceed $300 per night and would be based on availability.

Regular Registration: June 2, 2014    $199

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds less administrative fee of $75 will be granted to requests received by email at michelle.penner@mbchurches.ca or in writing to Canadian Conference offices prior to June 2, 2014.   No refunds will be granted after June 2, 2014 due to binding commitments between the Canadian Conference and venders. If you are unable to attend, substitutions are allowed.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

All delegates will receive a summary of the financial reports. For those interested complete sets of financial reports will be available on-site.

TRANSPORTATION:

Vancouver Sky Train is the fastest, most economical way to travel between the Vancouver Airport and the Vancouver Marriott Hotel. The Canada Line is a short indoor walk from the Arrivals carousel and is a quick 24 minute ride to the hotel. The cost is $9.00 per adult each way. One SkyTrain – no transfers. Total walking distance – 0.32 kms.
