Early Bird Registration: $199 (available March 1 – April 30, 2018.)
Regular Registration: $249 (available May 1- June 22, 2018.)

The deadline for registration is June 22, 2018.

Delegates: Note for registration 

Gathering 2018 is the annual general meeting of CCMBC and we encourage churches to send delegates to this meeting. Each church may send one pastor plus one delegate per every 25 members. If you are serving as a delegate for your church, please indicate which church during registration.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less administrative fee of $75) will be granted to requests received by email at events@mbchurches.ca prior to June 30, 2018. No refunds will be granted after June 30, 2018 due to binding commitments between the Canadian Conference and vendors. Substitutions permitted if unable to attend.


Attendees are responsible to make their own reservations by contacting hotels directly.
